Service was friendly and oil change was completed quickly, but I wasn't very happy about the price. I was told it would be "a little more" than my $18.99 coupon because my SUV needs an extra quart and a different type of oil. I was fine with paying a little extra to get what is required, but pretty ticked when I got my bill. The total ended up being $37. A difference of $18 is not "a little more" in my book. I'll go back to where I normally go next time.
