Been a member for 8 years now , sure miss the old trainers ,the challenges they presented to there clients , and members , but lately it seems as though they had problems opening on time on the weekends , on July 19th an hour late and today the 26th 10 mins , great place just a waste of time to expect them to be on time

Good facilities and equipment. Clean and maintained very well. Trainers and staff are very friendly Men's locker room is too small and needs ventilation but outside of that it is great.

The facility is OK. But be very careful as to what kind of contract you enter into. Life can throw you some changes and the staff will NOT let you out of the contract even if you are not using the facility. They are literally stealing money from me each month and I am getting nothing for it as I cannot go to the club.
