The Granite House for Men is a gender-specific residential drug rehab aftercare facility for men ages 18 and up. Set in the peaceful suburbia of Derry, NH—yet centrally-located--our extended care home provides a structured and supportive environment for men stepping down from primary drug rehab who want to stay sober. Patient schedules are informed by our own unique three phase approach which focuses on working the 12 Steps, learning and fine-tuning practical life skills, and eventually—in phase 3—starting to reintegrate back into mainstream society.
