Unfortunately, a very poor experience with this firm. Taxes they filed for us were done incorrectly, and upon letting them know they said they would take care of it. We were pleased to hear that, and went went back in with all our paperwork again, and they refiled for us. About another month later, we received a $500 bill. We called and politely told them there must be a billing error, as there had been no mention, question or indication we would be charged again, nor was there a new services contract or even a quote. We had been there to fix the mistake they had made in the filing. They threatened to take us to court, and said they had no legal responsibility to stand behind their work. A refiling needs a refiling fee, they said, regardless of the error they made.
