Called them to have a routine cleaning done on our furnace. We have also been customers for 3 years. Their tech turned off all the valves for the furnace and also our radiant floor heat. Our house was cold and we had no floor heat. We had to call our local plumbers (who installed the fllor heat) to come over and take a look. They wondered why all the valves were not turned back on. We called Fred's and were told that it was our fault and their tech would NEVER just leave all the valves off. No apology or anything. Just too bad and we don't care if you cancel your account with us. How's that for customer service?
