A Lubbuck, TX employee was killed this past year at Lowe's while working. Now a Derby, KS employee drops a load onto a customer's head? I have my reservations about my personal safety at Lowe's.
One of your employees at the Derby, KS Lowe's deserves a big thank you and special recognition for going above and beyond to take care of a customer. I was taking up quite a bit of his time and since it was getting near 5:00, I asked how much longer he would be working. Note: I had to ASK him, he was acting as if he would be there until closing. When I found out he was off at 5:00 and offered to work with someone else, he insisted on helping me complete my purchase - even loading it into my car for me. He stayed late to help a customer! I hope you are able to recognize his courtesy, care, and dedication to his employment with you. His name is: David Muskus and he is a daytime stocker/receiver at the Lowe's 2504 in Derby, KS. He and others like him are the reason I travel over an hour to shop at the Derby Lowe's. Thank you so much and Merry Christmas to all of you.
