Horrible experience. I drove illegally for two weeks because of a registration issue they didn't fix and then told me to "have the cop call Gateway if I was pulled over;" they gave me big hassle for refund (400 bucks) some three months and payments after I bought the car. They said the pinstripping could be removed the day we bought the car because we hated it; but explained it was a mistake after the sale and that it couldn't be removed. I will say the oil change service was great and quick at 5000 and I love the Soul, but the finance managers are shams. Seriously, avoid this place - absolutely horrible experience

Towne Kia is great.... I bring in my vehicle for all services and they are always fast and friendly. The service adviser is really an awesome guy; he has always taken good care of me. Towne Kia has an awesome service department and is a honest dealership.

We bought a 2011 Kia Sorrento, We were provided with the best deal Towne Kia. We went to 4 Kia dealers and ended up making our purchase at Towne Kia! They had excellent service from start to finish and their selection of vehicles was great! Our experience didnt end there; Kia got us the best interest rate, the exact car we were looking for, a detailed overview of the new vehicle, and many other great things! I bought a car from this dealer and will never go back. While the sales service was slow--the after purchase treatment was terible. Two weeks after having the car I had a service problem that the dealer said was not covered under the warrant. While I suspect the manger was technically correct---he was rude, argumentative and uncooperative. I've been buying cars fro a long time and I've never experienced such rude and uncooperative behavior within weeks after buying the car. I would avoid this dealership.
