Highly recommend this spa. I've been having small breakouts. Natalia was excellent doing my extractions and facial. She recommended an excellent product for my skin and great advice. I am definitely going back for more skin treatments. Everyone was very friendly and upbeat.

It was halloween when I went, everyone was dressed in custome. It was a bit too casual of an environment- However, I had a great haircut. A very different style than what I had, but I love it and even a week later, still works for me everyday! I plan to go back - my stylist was Amy - I highly recommend her. I have been struggling for 2 years now to find a salon close to me and this has been the best experience so far! I would have given them 5 stars if it wasn't for the "lack of professionalism" - but again, it was halloween.

I've only experienced the haircuts. Better than some, but not as good as it should be for the price. Of four haircuts, only two were to my standards.

I had my wedding party and myself go here for my wedding. Worst experience ever. The management is the worst I have ever dealt with at a salon and it made my big day very stressful. For starters, they double-booked my wedding party and told me that I was the one that requested it..when I did not. The price quotes are not accurate and they seem to charge whatever they feel that day. The stylists are nice, but the management made it a horrible experience. Save yourself the aggrivation.
