  Workers' Compensation Claims - Must be filed within 2 years of the last payment made by the Workers' Compensation carrier, or within 2 years of the accident if the employer has denied the claim.

Auto accidents involving Uninsured or Under-insured motorists must be made within 6 years of the date of the accidents, but you may be required to act sooner to preserve the claim against the person who caused the accident.   Medical Malpractice Cases - Generally speaking a claim against a medical professional must be made within 2 years of the date of the medical negligence that gives rise to your harm.
