I have a ruptured L4-L5 disc in my lower back from a 1988 injury and by the time I moved to this area in 1999 the L3-L4 was herniated. Severe Sciatica and Piriformis Syndrome, spine out 29.4 mm, very noticeable limp -- had 2 surgeries on my left knee in the early 1980's Thank God I did not have the recommended back surgery !!
