I am in the insurance business and the phones are the lifeline of our industry. Without having a phone we might as well not even go into work. They were willing to take the time I needed to understand the different packages and needs that we have. By doing that they suggested a customized package that fit my business like a glove. I would highly recommend them.

Seriously, though, who else offers HD video conferencing? Sometimes you just want to streamline things, keep it super simple, and not worry about setting everyone in the office up with an account on some IMing site. Their service makes voice and video conferencing a true breeze.
