General Info

I provide counseling for children, adolescents and adults using an approach that focuses on identifying obstacles in ones everyday life that might contribute to feelings of sadness, despair, anxiety, anger, guilt, or any other unwanted emotion. I also work with couples and families to help each member begin to understand one another better and communicate more effectively which ultimately leads to a more harmonious home.
