Horrible customer service. Do not buy your dress from this shop! Worst experience ever.

Altough the prices varied I purchased my whole wedding party wedding dress and tux rental from them I do not reccomend any one to rent their tux from them not their forte my grooms shirt did not fit and he had to go the day of the wedding to get the shirt exchanged i was not happy! Also have a cheaper alteration person in mind because my alterations are way too expensive the selection is also very limited although i loved my wedding dress that is all I suggest any one purchase from them. That is all

I had a wonderful experience at the Bridal Loft. They were patient and very accomodating. I found a dress online by one of their designers. They didn't have it in the store, but they were able to order a sample for me to try on! It turned out to be the dress! It was a no-pressure atmosphere with plenty of beautiful dresses to try on. I would recommend the Bridal Loft to anyone looking for a laid back, no-pressure experience.
