By far the worst management company I have ever had to deal with. My roommate and I moved out of the Piranesi apartments at 1120 Delaware St in Denver on October 31st and have yet to receive our deposit. The lease states that legally, they have to give us our deposit back within 60 days unless their is some big reason that they give. Which they haven't. It is pulling teeth with them to get it back-constant emails, staying they're waiting on the last gas bill, they have to do a walk through (which, as per the lease, is supposed to be done within 48 hours of us leaving but was not done until weeks after we left and emails of us asking where our deposit was), it'll be sent out within the next week. Now they are saying that the deposit is going to deduct a gas bill, yet we paid the last gas bill and the check was cashed on 12/16/16- one of the many reasons they told us we weren't getting our deposit back yet was because they were waiting on that final gas bill that was eventually deposited on 12/16/16. While we were living there, our washer broke. We were told the part would be in within 5-7 business days. 5 weeks later, and too many emails to count, the washer is finally fixed. No prorate because we couldn't use our washer nor our dryer, which we paid significantly more in rent to have- not even an apology. In emails, there is no hello, no goodbye, half the time there isn't even correct grammar or punctuation; just sloppy. Dawnette, Steve W., and Steve G. are the three that my roommate and I had to deal with throughout our experience there and they were all cold, unprofessional, and so unhelpful. I would steer anyone clear of any building that these guys manage. It was hell living there.
