Founded in 1976, Sprung Construction is a privately owned and operated company that specializes in restoration and preservation of historical structures. Its historical preservation services include adaptive reuse conversion, material selection, historic certification and tax credit consultation. The company has worked with the Colorado Historical Society on a range of historical buildings renovation projects. Sprung Construction s historical projects include American National Bank, Colorado Business Bank and Mcclintock Building. It has also completed several projects, including Tollgate Casino, McClain Finlon, Barnhart, Marczyk Fine Foods, 4240 Architecture, Boulder County Residence, Linhart Residence, Peaberry Coffee, Gunther Toody's Diners and Wahoo's Fish Taco.
