Provided by YP.comSchryver Medical is unlawfully retaining Medicare refunds it was paid for services it provided my mother, Phyllis Roth, who is 89 years old and suffers physical and emotional infirmities. Because of her deteriorating condition, Medicare mistakenly stopped her coverage, an action they have since acknowledged was a mistake in a letter sent to me from Social Security. I have since been able to seek reimbursement from three other providers who handled the situation promptly and professionally. Schryver took three months to process the reimbursement, whereas the other providers did so in 4 weeks. They have since acknowledged receiving payment from Medicare three months ago, but have not processed the check to me or my mother. They have stubbornly refused to move this further, despite numerous phone calls from me. How callous can you be to withhold payments you owe to an 89 year old woman, payments the U. S. Social Security Administration and Medicare acknowledge she is entitled to?
