Colorado Pilates understands the hectic lifestyle most of us live so we've decided to take the workout to you! We will travel to your office location to teach pilates group mat classes. A healthy workforce is a productive workforce. Colorado Pilates will travel to your office location in Denver, Boulder, Broomfield, Westminster, Lafayette, Erie, Brighton, Louisville, Thornton, Arvada, Lakewood, Wheatridge, Superior, Brighton, Commerce City, Golden, Dacano, Northglenn and more. We also sell pilates mats, stretch bands and pilates pillows. Colorado Pilates is owned by Laura Coale. Laura has practiced pilates for over 10 years and enjoys teaching others the benefits of practicing pilates. She began practicing pilates after she endured back surgery for a herniated disc at the age of 21. She was determined to feel better again and get back in shape. Seeing the wonderful benefits of pilates, she decided to become a pilates instructor and offers pilates to anyone, no experience or skill level required.
