  MAX Construction has been a fantastic vendor to work with.  They have exceeded all expectations for a job this size, stayed on schedule despite a glitch in receiving carpeting they ordered on time, and numerous / continuous change requests throughout the project, and caused little to no disruption to the existing staff working on the 11th floor despite having to tear down walls to connect the office spaces.

  Our superintendents take responsibility of all field operations from demolition to punch list completion. While managing the construction trades, and beating schedule milestones, our superintendents are consistently enforcing safety guidelines, providing quality control, and communicating field conditions to the project manager.
