Lee's repaired my cracked glass cook top on my induction range. They were by far the most organized people I dealt with when trying to arrange for service. Their front office is very efficient able to provide a high level estimate over the phone and confirm part availability immediately. Tech who called was very efficient and friendly. All in all a great experience at a very good price even with the service call they charge compared to other services I had contacted. Will definitely use again and recommend.

They repaired my GE Profile oven at a fraction of the cost quoted by a GE "factory trained" tech who wanted to replace the main computer board. I chose to not use the 1st company and instead called Lee's on the recommendation of a friend. Lee's diagnosed that the main cooling fan controlled by the computer board had actually failed. The price of the replacement fan and service charge was well below that of the board alone. Saved me a ton of money. Couldn't be happier.

Came across Lee's when looking for a company to repair my Jenn Air French Door refrigerator. After reading very good reviews on Angie's list and Yelp, decided to schedule service with them. They were able to schedule a call for the next day. Tech arrived on time and he quickly found a dislodged switch, and repaired it. He took time to point out the problem to me and informed that he would not need to replace any parts. Within minutes my refrigerator was back in operation. Tech not only was polite, but was a wealth of information on some of the preventive measures I could take to keep my refrigerator running trouble free in the future. I was impressed that this family run company's Tech was using the latest electronic systems to help with problem diagnosis and finalize the paperwork on his tablet. Lee's did a fantastic job for me. Their service charge was reasonable, and I found the tech we dealt with very knowledgeable, honest (no parts charge), and polite. Use them with confidence.

We were referred to this business for warranty coverage of our dishwasher, however after scheduling an appointment and taking half a day from work to meet them, they no-showed and claimed the appointment had been cancelled and became argumentative. When I tried to determine when I would actually see someone from their shop, they hung up on me. I strongly recommend steering clear of this mom-n-pop operation if you value your time and are seeking decent customer service.
