My experience at Kindness Yoga has been phenomenal. I'd been searching for a way to keep fit with osteo arthritis and after trying several different yoga studios, I have found a community at Kindness. The Kinda-hot yoga provides a series of easy poses in sequence in a comfortably hot room which makes it easier to move without creating stiffness the next day. I recommend Kindness on South Broadway to any senior looking for a way to stay flexible and strong.
