  Ms. Pappas also advises employers on a variety of matters such as drafting and revising employee handbooks, conducting workplace investigations as well as company-wide and individual sensitivity, discrimination and harassment training. Ms. Pappas assists both employers and employees on matters such as dispute resolution, drafting and negotiating severance agreements, non-compete agreements and other workplace and employment issues.   Kieran takes pride in representing his clients, which range from individuals to small and large companies, through counseling and in various disputes, including breach of contract, trademark disputes, trade secret claims, non-compete and non-disclosure issues, real estate disputes, before the Motor Vehicle Dealer Board, and in general business disputes. When engaged prior to litigation, Kieran counsels his clients in risk mitigation and avoidance, as well as dispute resolution, to minimize exposure and expense.

  In addition to insurance disputes, Mr. Wilkinson has litigated everything from securities fraud, construction defect and employment matters to contract and property disputes, personal injury, negligence, breach of fiduciary duty and misrepresentation/omission cases. His experience includes representation of both plaintiffs and defendants before a variety of state and federal courts and in arbitrations and mediation proceedings. As part of the Davis & Ceriani trial team, Mr. Wilkinson has assisted clients in achieving six, seven and eight figure settlements and verdicts. Mr. Wilkinson also has significant appellate experience, having briefed and argued appeals before both state and federal appellate courts.

  The year prior to founding Davis & Ceriani, Mr. Davis obtained the first Colorado verdict of more than one million dollars in a personal injury case. Over the years, Mr. Davis developed a thriving business representing national and locally prominent developers, residential and commercial builders, lenders and investors at every stage of real estate acquisition and development and litigated numerous real estate and business-related disputes. He is responsible for the development and implementation of the legal framework for several well-known residential and commercial projects in the Denver metro area. Mr. Davis, now retired, was an excellent transactional and trial attorney, a rare combination.
