  Admission criteria to IHF requires an clients. This includes stabilizing the client mental health, recovery and maintenance skills from substance abuse, and basic self-supportiinterview by the program staff and a mental health diagnosis co-occurring with a substance abuse disorder (dual-diagnosis).
• Behavioral Health
  Independence House Fillmore (IHF) is a Residential Dual Diagnosis Treatment (RDDT) licensed by the Colorado Office of Behavioral Health as a Transitional Residential Treatment facility for 40 adult men transitioning from incarceration to the community. IHF works with clients who have or are currently involved in Therapeutic Community Programs in the Department of Corrections in addition to clients who are Condition of Parole and direct sentence clients from the Denver County Jail. IHF supports continuity of care as an essential component to the continued success ofng life skills to make a successful transition from incarceration into the community.
