This company truly is awful. I knew several people who used to use them, and unfortunately I didn't heed their warnings. From aides not showing up, to others refusing to do basic tasks like help take out the trash, to the scheduler "forgetting" to put me on the schedule. Also one aide never showered or brushed her teeth before coming to work, regularly fell asleep on the couch, and had to be reminded several times each week, "Wash your hands after handling urine!"They take advantage of the fact that they have been around so long to recruit new customers without backing up their promises with proper service. Both the owner and scheduler are arrogant, complacent, uncaring, and dissembling.DO NOT HIRE THIS AGENCY!!!!
