I believe healing, growth, and transformation are always possible. Are the painful thoughts and emotions plaguing your daily life? However, it can make a world of difference to be with a therapist who can create an affirming and inviting counseling environment. My approach is eclectic and integrative. I encourage you to not wait another day in asking for help. I love working with couples regardless where they are in their relationship and what they are facing. Also, I enjoy working with couples and individuals in areas of sexuality, abuse, trauma & ptsd, grief & loss, addictions, depression & anxiety, spirituality, identity & empowerment, career issues, anger issues, and helping them navigate relationships in their lives.
