This man fixed our dryer and installed our dishwasher and he was extremely knowledgeable, polite, professional, and ethical!! I have recommended him to my family and my friends, and I just called him again because now our microwave went out!! Highly recommend this company!!!! AAAAAAAAAAA

I was left waiting all day for Clay to show up. Called him at 6pm and was told that he had been busy showing a house that he was renting and that he should be done soon. At 8pm he called and I explained that it was a little too late at that point. When I asked to have him come first thing in the morning I was informed that it was very selfish of me to ask that. Apparently this company believes that it is acceptable to have employees conduct personal business instead of keeping appointments and then to speak down to customers when they offer a suggestion to rectify what issues arise. I will NEVER attempt to use this company again.
