General Info
Adam attended Florida Gulf Coast University in Ft. Myers, FL and graduated with a BA in English Literature. During his time at FGCU, he played as a forward for the Eagles hockey team. He also volunteered his time coaching youth hockey at Germain Arena and worked in the recreation department. Before law school, Adam interned for his uncle s advertising company while also working as a carpenter s apprentice. Adam then attended St. Thomas School of Law in Miami, FL on a Dean's Scholarship and received his Juris Doctorate degree. After law school Adam moved to Denver, CO to begin practicing personal injury and disability law. Adam s hobbies include playing ice hockey, negotiating double black diamonds, watching local sports teams Go Avs and spending time with his girlfriend and dog. Dustin Bergman, Attorney Dustin attended the Georgia Institute of Technology ( Georgia Tech ) where he received a degree in Mechanical Engineering. During his time at Georgia Tech, Dustin worked as a machinist in the Mechanical Engineering Prototype Machine Shop, was president of both his fraternity and Reck Club (an organization dedicated to maintaining the traditions of Georgia Tech), and was actively involved in the school s outdoor program. Before starting law school in southwest Virginia, Dustin worked for his uncle s logging company in northern Minnesota, hiked 1000 miles of the Appalachian Trail and worked for a concrete framing company in Charleston, South Carolina. Dustin received his Juris Doctorate degree from the Appalachian School of Law. While on scholarship, Dustin regularly volunteered his time coaching an elementary school Lego Robotics team and became a national moot court champion. Dustin and his fiancé moved to Denver with their two dogs begin practicing law. Dustin s hobbies include trail running, hiking, fishing, hunting, camping, skiing and whitewater kayaking. Dustin is published in Appalachian School of Law Natural Resources Law Journal for his article A Sustainable State of Mind: National Energy Plan and Preemption. Dustin is admitted to practice law in Colorado.
