He has been with Appraisals ASAP INC since it was founded in 2002. Specialties include complex and high end residential properties, litigation work, and residential properties. Jeff is licensed as a Certified Residential Appraiser in the State of Colorado and is FHA and ERC approved. His interests include hunting, fishing, golf and he enjoys spending time with family. Scott is a native of Colorado and Denver metro resident for most of his life. Scott has over 18 years of appraisal experience and and continues his education with professional classes and seminars. He has been with Appraisals ASAP INC since it was founded in 2002. Specialties include complex and high end residential properties, litigation work, along with typical residential and small income producing properties. Scott is licensed as a Certified Residential Appraiser in the State of Colorado and is FHA approved.
