Our training is about being upfront and honest with those you interact with and I'm dissappointed ddagone chose this medium vs. a call to me.I never want an unhappy cleint and through our surveys we have a 99% very satisfied to excellent feedback, but you can never have 100% of the people, 100% happy, 100% of the time is a business reality.
