I have used Windcrest for years and have found their care to be exceptional. My dogs do believe they are at a resort when I pull in the drive! I appreciate the competent care that my dogs receive when they are there and from all appearances they love the place also!

We left our 15 year old Pit-Bull and our 8 year old Chihuahua at Windcrest for 8 days. Windcrest has the cleanest kennels we have ever seen. The staff appeared nurturing, and made it easier to leave our boys there. Their bedding was returned washed and clean upon picking them up and we can tell our boys enjoyed their stay. Windcrest's prices are affordable and made easier for our family to go on vacation. We highly recommend Windcrest Pet Resort, and will definitely be using them again.

I borarded my two dogs for two weeks while I was on an overseas trip. Sent a message and call to check up my my girls to which they promptly responded. The staff at Windchrest PR seem to be a caring group and I will use this service again when the need occurs. This is the second time that I have used Windchrest.

My two big pups LOVE visiting Larry and the gang at Windcrest, so much so that they will practically yank us out of the car on their leashes when we pull up! The entire staff is very sweet to Sofie and Sabrina, and it gives us great peace of mind to know that they are well loved when we travel. I would recommend Windcrest to anyone...you can't beat the service OR the rates!

Wonderful place, they really care about your dog and take excellent care, we left our toy poodle for a week while we were on vacation and everything was the best, we also had them groom our dog and they were excellent in that and also didnt charge an arm and leg for it...cant go wrong here, it is a carefree wonderful place.

Do NOT board with this facility. I suspect abuse and neglect. When I picked up my dogs they had no water in their run and were starving for water when we arrived home. My dogs were terrified of these two men to the point they were running and shaking in the corner of their runs to get away from them (extreme unusual behavior). I also boarded my two cats and for an entire week they were the only cats at this facility and these guys didn't even know their names! The owner does not have any customer service skills, he yelled at me and took on an attitude when I expressed by disappointment in them for not notifying me after seperating one of my dogs in a different run and charging me for it. The owner yanked the receipt out of my hand and slammed the door behind me when I left. I will not board with this cracker jack facility again that is only out to make a buck, they could care less about the animals.
