I have bought two items from this store, I have no complaints about either item. Both run very fine, no intensions on returning them. I received what I ordered, within two buisness days, in great condidtion, and no isssues to report. You just can't please everyone, when making a return, be nice and professional, in the origional container or box, should be no problem, or issues. If ever I had a complaint i'm sure they would handle it properly and timely, as long as its within thirty days like there policy states. The Favorite spot has gave me great customer service, and delivered exactly what I ordered in excellent operating condition. I would highly reccomend the favorite spot for trains at a great price.

Best store to buy model trains are very helpful when trying to find something that you are wanting ship very quickly never have to wait long to come and they always have what you are looking tor and such a good variety of trains to pick from

(Please do not delete my review) NOT A FRIENDLY PLACE (Ebay Store) 5 STARS? Not so fast... Customer Service is crucial for return sales and satisfied customers. Everything is fine until you try to return a defective item. When returning my defective item to the Favorite Spot for a replacement, the person working in Customer Service became impatient and rude, would not return Ebay messages, and was dishonest with me how he was going to resolve my issue. His actions gave me the impression that the Favorite Spot does not want to deal with customers needing to return defective merchandise. Unfortunately, and due to his unprofessional nature, I will no longer purchase trains from their on-line store. Buyer Beware: Before purchasing from the Favorite Spot, read all neutral and negative Ebay feedback!

Great deals, very helpful. I go to Little Elm a few times a year and I will always make it a point to visit them. Very friendly. If you have not tried them on the Internet you are making a mistake. I first learned of them after I purchased something on e-bay.

These are good honest people to do business with. I have been buying n scale model trains and equipment from them. They have reasonable prices and ship right away. Jim S
