Less than 2 weeks ago I injured my right foot playing racquetball.I had a small tear in left foot plantar tendon, sever fasciitis, severe left heel pain, even to light touch.I was limping everywhere.In just 5 sessions I am now able with the assistance of good orthotics and brooks high arch support shoes able to walk normally, d anything I need to do, and expect to go back to work in a few days.I htought this would have taken months to achieve when therapy started.The therapist lester and an assistant lady whose name I can't remember were great.I appreciate all their help so much.Ron Bayless writing this.
