since April 2014, I have called each month asking to be taken off their mailing list and yet I continue to receive mailings from this company. On July 8, 2014, I spoke with "Terry", who said she would have my mailing address removed, BUT, guess what I just received another mailing Sept, 2014. My A/C of course went out 4th of July weekend called the emergency line and had a tech out within 3 hours which I thought was pretty good for a holiday weekend. Turns out my condenser coil had a leak in it and was in the aluminum coil so could not be repaired. The tech called the manufacturer on Saturday found out it was still in warranty and they had one in Ft.Worth. picked it up and had my family comfortable by sat. Night. Very greatfull, hard to find people that will do whatever they can to create a happy customer. I will be a customer for life. Thank you for a great job.

They sent a plumber out, Guy who seemed very knowledgeable about my situation. He did some testing and isolated it to a hot water leak. He contacted a leak detection specialist that came out 2 days later (a little frustrating but he was booked up). The leak was pinpointed and repaired. Messy work but Force cleaned up and did a nice job.

Follow up on my recent review dated 11/16/2010. I acted too fast. They were very professional and gave me a good deal. Still not happy with 3 repairs in 5 years. But, the company has always tried to give me a break in pricing.

Disappointed. I have had the new unit for 5 years and they have been out 3 times...the most recent costing me over $200.00...because of a problem from the last time they came out. So, far I have paid over 350.00 in repairs in three years. They blame the unit...whose fault is that.

I needed a second opinion on my system and they sent Buddy the service technician out. He looked over everything inside and out explained to me in detail about each systems needs and then went over the pricing and why it was that way. He was so detailed and throrough about everything that I literally had no questions. His straight forward pricing and their plan membership is awesome. I would recommend this company and the tech Buddy to work on my and my families units anytime. I'm a customer for life.

Finally! I have found an honest company and AC service tech. Downstairs at our house the air wasn't cold. It was blowing out but just not cold. I called around and finally landed on Air Force out of Denton, Texas. Jamie answered the phone and there was no high-pressure marketing pitch or upsell like I got from another company that I called. She scheduled a service call for that same day. The service tech ( DREW ) was very helpful and really knew his stuff! Since I know nothing about AC units I could have easily been taken advantage of. Drew took the time to check out the blower in the attic and the outside unit to find that we had a simple issue in our fuse box ( breaker malfunction / not just tripped ). He also found the unit was 2 lbs low on coolant and the price of $17/pound is VERY competitive in our market. I learned other companies charge more for the first pound for some reason.
