We've eaten at the Matador a number of times the past 15 or so years. Altho the food is not typically "New Mexican" (i.e., NM green chili, posole, sopapillas (as bread not dessert) which is our favorite type---the food is about as good as it gets for Tex-Mex. we have recommended it to friends who were always pleased with the food. We have not eaten at Miguelitos in Krum but will someday and report how we feel about it.

I'm a customer of el Matador for nearly 5 years, and my family and I love the Margaritas as well as fajitas; You always feel like you are really welcome, the services is great, fast and prices unbeatable!! And still, even with long lines...How do they manage to seat customers really fast?
