My wife and I have been customers of the Hickory Creek, Texas store for years. A couple years ago we spent close to 6k for new rims for both our vehicles. Well this morning I had a flat on one of my tires so I stopped in to see if they had a used tire. They did not so the rep. tried to sell me new tires as the tread on my current tires is low which I was well aware of. I told the rep. I wasn't interested in new tires this morning I just needed to get the tire fixed or a used tire. The rep. continued to try and sell me on new tires. I once again told him I wasn't interested and asked if they could just air my tire up. I had already put fix a flat in the tire so I was confident I could make it to another tire shop that I knew would have a used tire. The rep. told me he couldn't even give me air. Well needless to say they have lost our business forever and I will make sure to spread the word. It's amazing that they are willing to lose a long term customer over something as simple as air.

I am done with these clowns. After denting a 2009 Dodge RAM R/T pickup and lying about them doing it in my view to scratching a new BREMBO 5.0 wheel that I did not see until I got home these guys get an F. Check around. DISCOUNT HAS GONE DOWNHILL. These clowns are looking for your average consumer idiots that know nothing about cars. One time I have them put 4 dirty wheel caps on a new set of seat covers! These guys are morons. Time for a new tire service company!!!
