Dad and Sons plumbing answered our call after business hours and helped us divert a disaster. They showed up as scheduled the next morning and were courteous, professional and competent. Mr Daniels took care of the needed permit and scheduled a city inspection to coincide with my work schedule. I could not have asked for better service. Dad and Sons Plumbing is a great company. They showed up on time to work on a very complicated gas leak problem that ended up taking longer than expected. However, they were very thorough and addressed all the gas issues. They ensured there were no remaining gas leaks. I did not mind the extra time that it took to ensure a high quality result. I was very impressed by their professionalism and dedication to quality. I would highly recommend Dad and Sons Plumbing.

Dad and Sons Plumbing are my heroes! They came right on time and repaired my slab leak. They showed great professionalism, but also seemed to really care that my plumbing was working properly. They took time to make sure I understood what the problem was, what could happen, and how they would fix it. We had a really great experience with Dad and Sons. We had only hot water coming from the tap in one of our tubs. When they first came out to troubleshoot the issue he suggested cutting the wall and tapping into the cold water from the sink. After I responded that I want to think about it and call back, he left and researched our model setup. He called back with a solution that didn't involve cutting the drywall, and instead discovered that a valve was defective. The part was ordered and the problem was fixed all in about 3 days. I liked that he truly wanted to fix the issue and do it right.

Even after the respectful gentlemen were done doing their part, they waited not just until the city got here, but until they left. Dad and Sons Plumbing Company is AMAZING! They were very knowledgable and able to explain to us the issue. Total cost was too good to be true. Most plumbing companies overcharge after hours just for showing up. It is refreshing to know there are still honest people out in the work force today. Dad & Son take pride in their work and do it right. Not just come in a do a quick fix and off to their next job. They assessed the situation and come up with the best way to fix the problem. Took the time to explain it in layman s terms so I would understand. The cost of the jjob was great too. I am smiling will call them again and recommend them for any of your plumbing needs
