Very poor customer service. Promised steps delivered 3x . When finally delivered set them in the pool with a bag of sand and never installed. It is a week later and still they cannot be used. Service people don't seem to know what to do. Pool also seems to be leaking after New liner Installed. Unhappy customers.

I assume you do not want my business. I am told i'll call you the first of the week. 2 weeks later i am hunting that person down. I am told 'Eric (whoever that is) is out looking at all our sites'. Well that was a week ago and 'eric' hasnt been to my house. I came to you in OCTOBER with my plan. You said yes you could do it. I was first in line for spring. Nothing. If this is the way you treat your customers, why would i think i would be happy with your product or your service? You do not keep me informed, you do not run my credit or look at my site. I am extremely dissappointed. 25 years i have wanted this. Id like to go elsewhere now.
