VERY DISAPPOINTED what a dump do not go there i went to get my vacuum fix it came back broken go to A-PLUS VACUUM in Sherman, Texas, the building is remodeled and has excellent service my vacuum looks brand new and runs like new. Don't think about going to the one in Denison it has bad service they don't even say hello when you walk in. from now on go to a-plus vacuum in Sherman

I recently had the chance to use Denison Vacuum to have my vacuum repaired they did a great job works like it did when I first purchased it. I was very impressed with the service.

I had my vacuum repaired today at Denison Vacuum I was very happy with the service the machine works awsome now. They were very nice & helpful and had bags and belts on hand so I don't have to mail order them anymore.

Please don't waste your time coming here. You can find anything you want at Lowe's or Home Depot for much cheaper. Denison Vacuum is overpriced and understocked. Their building is really old and dumpy. Inside is worse. It's not worth it.

Very disappointed. I've never been anywhere where I wasn't treated as bad as this place. First I was ignored, than when I finally got help, (if you could call it that), I was treated like I didn't know anything. I asked about prices, outrageous, and talk about not having anything in stock, they didn't have much and what they did have was old and overpriced. Don't go here, there are better places. Trust me.

It smelled like mildew and mold when I first walked in. The guy didn't even say anything. I asked him about a vacuum and he said yeah he had some. This place had the poorest service I've ever seen. And when he finally got around to quoting prices, I was dumbfounded. The prices were sky high for outdated merchandise. Poor customer service, high prices, outdated merchandise, and a dirty shop. I don't see how they stay in business.

It's so disappointing to go in a run-down place and it's like you've gone back in time. They have not updated anything here. No new vacuums or cleaning supplies. All outdated and way to much to pay for something that doesn't work. The clerk was rude, and the smell was of mildew and dust. My sinuses started acting up. Couldn't wait to get out of there. Please don't go here for you own safety.

When you first look at this place it looks dumpy, but when you get inside, it really looks like a dump. For being a janitorial company, I was really disappointed. When they told me their prices, I was appalled. How can they stay in business when they charge prices like that. The clerk was very rude. This place has nothing going for it. Please guys read this and try and change, if not you'll be going out of business soon.

It's a dumpy little place with rude employees. For selling vacuums and janitoral supplies this place is dirty and nasty. Their prices are sky high and I decided I'll be going to Texoma Janitoral Supplies, where their nicer and less expensive.
