This complex is horrible. If you have children do not live here. I lived here for one and half years, and I felt like I was in a camp. You will be subjected to monthly inspections of you unit and if they do not like you 4 violations and you can be evicted. The units are large and the rent is under the rural development . They are slow on repairs and half way done. I would look somewhere else. I think this place was built I 1980's

I lived at this apartment complex for one year. The day I tried to move in the a/c was broke. I had problems with my water heater throughout the year. The roaches were horrible and it wasn't because my apartment was dirty. We were supposed to have monthly pest control and that stopped for about five months. When I moved out the apartment was cleaner than it was when I moved in and I was told by the landlord that I wouldn't get my deposit back because that's just the way it was with apartments. Two months after I moved out I recieved a letter stating I owed $100 because of touch up paint, carpet shampooing, and cleaning services. Then when I called to speak to them about it they said I had to respond in writing they couldn't talk to me over the phone.
