My insurance agent recommended Certified... After the fire in our home, my insurance agent recommended we install a Certified system. I couldn't be happier with the service your installers have given. Having had my alarm service Certified Alarms for years, I can say that the installation and service is always professionally completed by excellent technicians like Zack. They are always ready and able to take of any service need timely. I love the system I have now. It communicates with my cell phone, therefore eliminating the need for my landline. You can arm, disarm and check status of the alarm system right from the phone, and it responds with a text message right to your phone. No worries about forgetting to set the alarm from wherever you are. It's a security blanket for me in knowing that I can check on my system at any time. And the minimal extra charge for that peace of mind is worth it! I highly recommend both this Company and the In Touch System. - Jane R.

I just wanted to say how impressed I was with Certified's technicians, Mike and Craig. They were all very professional, courteous and knowledgeable in their field. They custom installed an alarm system and Bose sound system in my home. Also, they installed an alarm system at my business too. They took time and care to not make a mess and cleaned up what little mess they did have. Barry, the salesman, was excellent and knowledgeable also. Certified Alarms has a great team! When our home was constructed 16 years ago, they were our alarm system of choice due to others that recommended their services. A few years ago our home was burglarized and thanks to some observant neighbors, the perpetrators were apprehended, tried, convicted and are serving sentences. It was a wake-up call for me because we thought that we only needed the alarm service, when we vacationed or for an extended out-of-town visit. After that incident we immediately had our alarm system checked and updated. Certifieds techs were extremely helpful. Each night and especially during the day we activate the system. The technological upgrades have kept our home and its inhabitants secure. I would like to compliment two of your staff, Ashley and Zach D.. When I call with a problem, Ashley is always there to walk me through the problem with a positive solution. She is so patient and very knowledgeable of the system. Zach was my service tech yesterday. He was very professional and found the problem quickly. He was so informative. First, I want to thank Ashley for all her help with the problems at our Mom's house. She was very patient. Second, Certified Alarms is really lucky to have a service technician like Don. He was so informative and he was so quick to correct the problem on the first visit. When he came back with the medical alert button, he was so patient with my mother-in-law. He explained the workings of the button to her (it took 4 times) until she clearly understood it. He never lost his patience with her. I hope we never have to call for service again but if we do I hope we get him again. Thank you again for all your help. Hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving! S & B Burney
