General Info
hree Chips Construction and Landscaping has been in business for over 25 years bringing customers the greatest service possible. Started by three brothers. All chips off the old block. Thats how Three Chips got its name. Three Chips began almost 30 years ago by Frank Krowl specializing in trimming, planting, removing and relocating trees. It is now fully owned and operated by his son Daniel Krowl, whose passion for building and construction has expanded the scope of excellent services offered to the Deming community. Daniel understands the importance of good work. In such a small community, word of mouth is very powerful, so its more important to do really good work for customers, because if you dont , you wont be successful, he said. Its also the community that gave me my start. Ill never forget the belief this community had in me. Three Chips is a member of the Better Business Bureau, Chamber of Commerce, and the Home Builders Association of Deming and Las Cruces. Three Chips consists of three companies: Three Chips Construction; Three Chips Tree and Lawn Service; and Three Chips Clean Air (air duct and chimney cleaning). Three Chips operates under a GB-98 contractors license, and is a fully certified, insured and bonded corporation. These are important factors to consider when deciding to hire a contractor. Three Chips has you covered, no matter what! In the interest of professionalism, Three Chips only bids against other licensed contractors in the state of New Mexico. If there is a company that is unlicensed who is also submitting a bid, please notify me immediately so the proposed bid can be withdrawn. We strive to offer worry free service by making sure that my certifications, licensing, and insurance (i.e.: workers compensation and general and liability insurance) and bonding is up to date. Sadly an unlicensed contractor will bid lower, which makes an uneven playing field, because they are not required to cover the same overhead ultimately hurting you t
