You just have to know how to use the ticket, when you purchase a $15 wash it prints out two receipts. The second ticket is the $6 free carwash. You press exterior then the basic wash. Make sure you press no thanks ready to pay. Then scan the ticket and it will print a receipt then the gate will open.

Complaint - this business issues a free car wash when you purchase an upgraded $15.00 exterior drive through car wash, except the 'bar code' that you scan to receive your free wash seems to NEVER work. I tried several times, but to no avail. It was apparent that I was having difficulty and several workers were in the area, no one was attending any customer, yet they watched me there for approximately 10 minutes. I tried the help button several times, no one came until I made a phone call. This happens each time. My question is why do they offer something they do not honor?

Our car was a mess from our 2-day road trip from NJ. Then, as we went through the wash, my husband somehow touched the control for the sun roof; water started dripping in, and in panic we somehow managed to stop it before we drowned! I didn't have much hope as we drove out and left the car with the cleaning crew. We were amazed! Our 7-year old Honda van looked like it rolled off the lot. More important, the guys had cleaned it so that it was immaculate inside and out. We thought we had created a huge problem with the water, but not so. We doubled our tip! Great work. and by the way, helpful and courteous staff all around. We won't use anyone else!

Awesome car wash, everyone does a great job!! I live on a dirt road, so it doesn't stay clean long, but it is wonderful to have this easy in and out car wash in Deltona.

Car never comes out clean, reared is always dirty. The attendants scrub the front but never touch the rear. Took my truck through and the bug guard broke off. I told an attendant who told another attendant. About 5 mins. Later an attendant handed me the broken piece. She turned to walk away and I asked if they were going to do anything. She replied not our problem, read the sign. I asked what sign and she pointed and said at the beginning of the wash. Customer Service, Don't expect to get it here.
