Not recommended. Management is incompetent and gives eviction notices after already receiving rent monies then says "oops" but fails to remove it from your file. Dog poop is mounting in the front yard even though management has been asked to take control of the problem resulting in some of my visitors having to scrape poop off their shoes. I reported to management 2 months ago that my ceiling is leaking but nobody seems interested in fixing it. The "manager" brings her boyfriend/husband to work with her and he sits in her office and they fool around. When you knock on her door she will come out and talk with you in the adjacent laundry room in an effort to keep the boyfriend "hidden". You give manager a check to cover rent and she may cash it 3 weeks later even though the bank they use is only 3 city blocks away.
