I live in California, but my folks have a place in Boynton Beach. I have ordered arrangements for them several times. Robert's creations are outstanding (my family sends pics) and, quite frankly, are works of art. Recently sent flowers to my dad for his birthday and this is what he had to say about Robert's talent: "Lisa, the flowers are superb! The person who is creating these pieces is an artist. Great flowers, contrasting variety, eye catching colors.... the best arrangements I have ever seen." I will continue to use Park Avenue Touch Florist, as long as Robert is part of the team! I called them to order an FTD basket of assorted chocolates for Father's Day. They did not have the basket, so I asked if they could send Godiva chocolates. They said yes. I found out later that they went to a store and bought a $30 box of Godiva chocolates and then charged my American Express for $95!!! I never authorized this amount, so I called the manager and he promised a $50 refund to me. After waiting almost a month and not receiving the $50 credit, I called, and he said the computer system for refunds was not working properly. So, I waited and still no refund. So, I had to call American Express to cancel the $50 overcharge. The Amex rep called the store and the manager confirmed that I was told that a $50 credit would be issued. He said that the problem was that the owner would not issue the credit. The owner has no integrity and is unethical. He does not kn ow how to deal with the public.
