Do not take your car to be repaired at this dealership! Their customer service is terrible! I brought my wife's car here to be serviced. After paying over $1,000 to have the suspension repaired, I discovered that they damaged a button on the driver's side door handle. Now, we can't unlock the door on the driver's side without a remote.



Delray Mazda ignored my numerous calls and voicemails I left with both the service rep I worked with and the service manager at the dealer. I was so angry. After all the money I spent with them, they couldn't even return my phone call, let alone take responsibility for their negligence. I will NOT be going back to this dealership and definitely will not recommend it to anyone I know. DO NOT HAVE YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE!!

I recently had great experience at the Service shop at Delray Mazda. Keeping the economy challenges in mind the manager automatically gave me 10% discount. They have great pick-up and drop-off service from work/home. Check it out if you have service needs.
