We obtain the highest quality ingredients for the exact number of guests expected. By requiring pre-payment, we are eliminating food waste, therefore maintaining a green & sustainable environment while serving our guests the eclectic experience we offer. Tickets are inclusive of the "8-COURSE TASTING" or "8-COURSE VEGETARIAN" menu. Guests are welcome to order any additional beverages or courses upon arrival.
