As an executive coach, Dr. Laura Zipris has partnered with executives in many different types of organizations to help them reach optimal levels of performance and ongoing success. After a "discovery" session and a formal assessment of client need(s), Dr. Zipris works collaboratively with the client to create targeted objectives and a systematic development plan to reach specific goals. Her coaching services include helping her clients: improve leadership skills and performance to increase productivity and influence, successfully transition to a new role, enhance collaboration, motivation, and interaction of a team, resolve interpersonal conflicts among employees, effectively communicate, increase self-awareness and challenge their own thinking and assumptions that may be standing in the way of advancement. In essence, Dr. Zipris helps professionals go from where they are, to where they want themselves and their organization to be.For over 20 years, Dr. Laura has also worked as a psychotherapist helping her clients overcome a wide range of difficulties. Her psychotherapy services include family therapy, group therapy, anxiety, depression, anger management, stress management, relationship/marriage counseling, addiction counseling, learning difficulties, behavioral difficulties and psycho-educational assessments for a variety of exceptionalities, including ADHD, giftedness, learning disabilities and emotional and behavioral disorders in children and adults.
