I have owned or leased luxury cars since 1980 (mostly Lincoln Town Cars, MKS Volvo, etc) While I was very satisfied with my prior dealer, upon moving to Delray, I had to change. My last lease was a 2012 Hyundai Genesis, which I had leased in New Jersey. The Purchase experience was fair, but the service department was abominable; when I took my problems to Delray Hyundai, the situation was reversed, and I felt that I was being taken care of as wel,l and perhaps even better than I had been at my Lincoln dealership with which I had an excellent relationship over some 30 years. With my lease almost up, I started to research various options and brands including driving friends Lexus and Mercedes and similar cars.. The first Dealer I went to was Delray Hyundai, where I met ERV who proved to be very accommodating, knowledgeable and professional. I was given as much time as I needed to familiarize myself with the car and its many new features. As a result of the extensive test drive, I

VERY CUSTOMER UNFRIENDLY. VERY EXPENSIVE, RAISE THEIR SERVICE PRICES AT WILL AND THEN GIVE LAME EXCUSES
