The pedicure itself was decent, but be aware, if you think you are getting actual reflexology, you are dead wrong. I asked the woman doing my pedicure multiple times when the reflexology part of my $50 dollar pedicure was going to happen, and she kept telling me "at the end." It never happened! Apparently, the reflexology aspect was her rubbing some expensive cream into my feet and legs. The owner tried to tell me that next time, she would make sure I had a decent massage. But then she proceeded to charge me full price, knowing darn well the there was no massage whatsoever. I could have had the same experience for half the price with a great massage at my usual place - and that is why trying new places doesn't always bode well in one's favor. *one exception: Kelly is phenomenal. My best friend loved her - she gave excellent customer service. My nail technician? Not so much.
