Ignore the two bad reviews. They have improved and if you are polite you will get excellent service. And they do a very good job on my shirts for the absolutely lowest price in the Capital District.

lousy, dungy, smelly place with rude, loud, ignorant staff. simply the worst excuse for customer service i have ever seen in my life. laundry wasn't done on time as promised on the printed receipt i had. claimed they lost one of my items & still have yet to see it. it's been 4 weeks. I know its gone, but what next? every time i call, the manager who is the rudest man i have ever spoken to gives me the run around.

I just moved to the Delmar area, went to get clothing cleaned at this cleaners. They mixed my batch of clothes with another customers by way of giving me the wrong ticket. I didn't realize that I was given someone elses ticket until I went to pick up my clothes and noticed that the clothes they were trying to give me where not mine. I told them this and they attempted to make me feel as if it was MY FAULT!!!! that THEY gave ME the wrong ticket. I reminded them that this was MY first time using their service and they are responsible for mixing up my ticket with another customer...and asked... why would I need to CHECK my ticket to see if it were MINE..why wouldn't it be? why would I question it? They never apologized for making this mistake with my clothing. They just looked at me as if [I] had done something wrong. With that incident, I decided that I would never return to this cleaners..EVER. First impressions are everything. NEVER GO TO THIS CLEANERS. Customer Service Rate: 0
