I have been here numerous times. And within the past year, the pedicure has repeatedly gotten shorter and more rushed and they are never busy. The last time, the pedicure was way too rough. The technician took the hot towel and threw it directly on my legs without letting it cool off! I can't go back there anymore. Too much of a hazard.

I went to Delmar hair and nails which used to be Kim's hair and nails. All I wanted was the gel soaked off my nails and a manicure. I was not greeted until 10 minutes later. I know they saw me because I was standing the whole time due to no seating. Finally they asked what I wanted and said 15 minutes. Well I waited longer than that. Finally some guy says to come back . He starts sanding the polish off my nails, the whole time looking at his cell phone. He would even stop in the middle and text. I was very uncomfortable. Then long story short, he did end up scraping my skin. He also put the acetone he used to soak my nails off back in the bottle!!!! Disgusting and unsanitary!! How many times has he done that? I'm never going back there.
